Rise — Terms of Service

By checking the box at checkout and completing payment, you agree to the following terms.
Program Overview
Rise is a two-session self-awareness program consisting of:
- The iEQ9 Professional Enneagram Assessment
- Session 1 (60 minutes): Debrief of your assessment results
- Session 2 (45 minutes): Follow-up and development roadmap
Sessions are typically scheduled about two weeks apart, with the full program completed in approximately four weeks. You will receive your full assessment report as part of the program.
Fee and Payment
The total program fee is $495 USD, payable in full at checkout via credit or debit card. All charges are processed in USD regardless of your location. Your assessment link will be sent within 1–2 business days of payment, and a scheduling link for Session 1 will follow.
If you choose not to continue after your assessment has been sent, $150 of the fee is non-refundable to cover the cost of the assessment. Once Session 1 has occurred, the full fee is non-refundable.
Nature of Coaching
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical or psychological treatment. Jawahar Malhotra is not a licensed therapist or mental health professional. Coaching may address specific personal or professional goals, self-awareness, and development strategies, and includes but is not limited to reflective questioning, brainstorming, and identifying action steps. If you are currently working with a mental health professional, you agree to inform the Coach and coordinate care as appropriate.
Confidentiality
The Coach will hold your assessment results and the content of coaching sessions in strict confidence, except in the event of harm to yourself or another person.
Confidentiality Exception: You agree to allow your name and contact information to be added to a confidentially held list for the sole purpose of tracking coaching hours in service of the Coach’s ICF and Co-Active certification requirements.
Scheduling and Cancellation
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice will be counted as a completed session.
Limitation of Liability
You are solely responsible for the decisions, choices, and actions you take as a result of this program. The Coach’s liability, to the extent permitted by law, is limited to the total fees paid under this agreement.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from this agreement will first be addressed through good-faith direct communication between the parties before either party pursues formal action.
