Ascend to Your Full Potential as a Leader
Six months of sustained partnership to see clearly, internalize what’s true, build new practices, and achieve what matters most.
|
You’re effective in your role, but you know you could be doing more. Whether you’re a senior IC, manager, director, or executive, you’re navigating complexity that requires more than just technical skill or hard work. |
Your calendar controls you instead of the other way around. Decisions that used to energize you now feel like endless trade-offs. You’re carrying invisible weight—the things nobody sees but you feel every day. |
|
You know where you want to go, but something’s not clicking. Maybe it’s patterns you can’t see. Maybe it’s misalignment between what matters most and what keeps you busy. Maybe your team isn’t stepping up the way you need them to, or you’re not stepping into the role you’re ready for. |
You don’t need advice or frameworks. You need a partner who understands what you’re up against—someone who’s lived it, who can help you see what’s actually true about how you operate, and who can help you become the leader you’re capable of being. |
Who Ascend Is For
You’ve recently stepped into a bigger role—more scope, more people, more complexity—and you’re growing into it, not just occupying it
You know technical or domain excellence got you here, but you sense leadership effectiveness is a different skill
You may be leading people more experienced or specialized than you, and want to lead them with genuine confidence and authority
You already have real self-awareness, but you want a partner to help you see what you still can’t see alone
You’re carrying this mostly alone, and you want someone to think with—not someone to hand you a playbook
How It Works
We meet biweekly—60-minute sessions, typically 12 over six months. But the real work isn’t confined to the hour together. See, Internalize, Practice, and Achieve all happen in the room and in the field—what surfaces in a session becomes something you live with, test, and notice between sessions, then bring back.
|
See We start with the iEQ9 Enneagram assessment, and your first sessions are a deep debrief—not a quick overview, but real time spent seeing the big picture: your strengths, your worldview, your fears, what drives you, and where you get stuck. We return to this report again and again over the following months, as different facets become relevant—and you start noticing these patterns yourself, between sessions. |
Internalize Your goals aren’t set before we begin—they emerge through the work itself, in the early sessions. Along the way, we challenge the assumptions that have quietly been running the show, so what you’re working toward is grounded in who you actually are. This isn’t therapy—it’s targeted development work aimed at the role only you can fill. |
|
Practice This is where the work becomes real—in your actual days, not just in our sessions. Each session, we check in on what you practiced, then you set the agenda for what’s live right now, and I bring the conversation back to your goals when it matters. Each cycle is a chance to gain a fresh vantage point: to get unstuck, and to build the confidence to lead with more courage. |
Achieve Over six months of sustained practice—in session and in the field—insight becomes capability. You reach the goals you set—and you leave with a way of operating that lasts well beyond our work together. |
You Are Much More Than You Think You Are
Sustained work reveals capacities you didn’t know you had access to. These are three examples of how that unfolds—illustrative, not exhaustive. What we actually explore depends on you.
|
How to access different capacities when stuck or stressed Your Enneagram report shows your stress line and your growth line—two other ways of being you can access. Through coaching, you learn to recognize when you’re triggered or stuck, and practice accessing different capacities deliberately. |
Moving from reactive patterns to intentional practice Your report reveals your passion—the reactive pattern you default to. The opposite is your virtue. We explore what keeps you locked in the pattern, then design practices to start accessing the virtue instead. |
Developing balance across how you think, act, and feel Most people are lopsided—over-reliant on one way of being and underdeveloped in the others. You develop the parts of yourself that are underdeveloped, so you can respond to what each situation actually needs. |
These are three examples of many possible paths. The real work draws on whatever’s most relevant to your goals.
What You Walk Away With
- Clarity on who you are, what drives you, and what you’re capable of
- A deep resonance with who you actually are—not who you think you should be
- Achievement of the goals that emerged as most important to you
- The courage to make changes that matter in your leadership and life
- A path forward you can sustain on your own
Investment
Ascend is designed as a six-month partnership because real change requires time to practice, integrate, and sustain. Real transformation isn’t rushed.
Starting at $9,600 · 6 months, typically 12 sessions
A shorter, more contained three-month engagement is available if that better fits your timeline. Details are discussed in our initial conversation.
If this doesn’t work for you, and you have a strong interest, reach out for a conversation—we’ll find a way to work together.
Who you’ll be working with
I spent two decades as a technology operator and executive before training as a coach. I’ve sat in the seats—scaling teams, making the hard calls under real pressure—so this isn’t abstract coaching theory. I understand the terrain, and I bring both operational credibility and coaching depth to help you become more effective and more intentional in how you lead.
Not sure Ascend is right for you?
If you’re uncertain whether six months is the right commitment, or you want to test the waters before deciding, Rise is the perfect starting point. In two focused sessions, you’ll gain real clarity on what you’re working toward and what matters to you. Then you can decide if Ascend is your next step.
