How It Works
Phase 1: Transition Planning & Assessment (4-6 weeks)
Working with the Transition Leader and HR Business Partner, we assess the current landscape through an Enneagram for Teams workshop, identify potential successors, and create a comprehensive transition plan. Whether promoting internally, hiring externally, or developing your leadership bench, you’ll have clarity on the best path forward.
Phase 2: Executive Development & Transition Support (12 months)
Sustained coaching for successors (and optionally the Transition Leader) through the transition itself. Includes bi-weekly sessions, team observations, Enneagram assessment, and ongoing support to ensure the transition succeeds.
