Our Core Coaching Relationship

Two 60-minute one-on-one sessions each month—your confidential space to think out loud, work through challenges, and develop as a leader. This is where we tackle what’s really on your mind.

Unlimited access to me between sessions via text and email. When you need a sounding board or a gut check before a big decision, I’m here.

Deep Work on Self-Awareness

We’ll start with the iEQ9 Enneagram Professional Assessment—a comprehensive tool that goes beyond personality typing to become a lens for understanding what drives your behaviors, reactions, and relationships at the leadership level.

Three dedicated sessions at the beginning of our engagement to surface and work with these deeper dynamics. The Enneagram helps us explore the unconscious patterns that shape how you lead, make decisions, and build relationships. This understanding is transformative—it’s about seeing yourself clearly so you can lead more effectively and authentically.

Support for Your Leadership Team

Four hours monthly to work with your C-suite—facilitating difficult conversations, building alignment, or helping you assess your team’s capabilities. I can work with them as a group or individually, whatever serves you best.

Our coaching conversations will often surface opportunities where your leadership team needs focused intervention—a strategic offsite, team effectiveness work, or capability development. Because I’m already embedded in your world and understand how trust, alignment, and shared context drive execution in tech organizations, I can design these engagements with deep context about your business and people.
