My Journey to Coaching
For over two decades, I led product and technology organizations through transformation and scale—building teams, launching products, navigating acquisitions, and driving meaningful business outcomes. I helped companies grow revenue 4x, scale teams 10x, and expand from dozens to thousands of customers.
But in 2017, while working with a group of founders, I had a realization that changed everything.
I could provide all the domain expertise they needed. I could share best practices, create change plans, and map out clear strategies. Yet I struggled to help them operate differently, to shift their mindsets, to give them the honest feedback they needed to hear, to unlock their full potential as leaders.
That’s when I understood: transformation happens when leaders develop the self-awareness and courage to change how they show up, not just what they do.
Technical expertise and strategic frameworks weren’t enough. What these leaders needed was someone who could coach them to peak performance—helping them see themselves clearly, challenge their assumptions, and operate from their deepest strengths.
So I set out to acquire the coaching skills that would allow me to create that transformation. I trained extensively in professional coaching methodologies and depth psychology tools like the Enneagram. I learned how to create the conditions for profound personal growth and leadership development.
What I Believe
I believe that leaders have unlimited potential. My work is to help them reach that potential.
Most leaders don’t need more answers—they need the self-awareness, courage, and support to unlock what’s already within them. They need a trusted partner who will tell them the truth, challenge them to think differently, and stand beside them as they step into their full capability.
This belief is grounded in something deeper than business outcomes. Growing up across diverse cultures and geographies gave me a global perspective on what truly matters. Fifteen years ago, I began practicing the path of yoga from the Patanjali Yoga Sutras, which deepened my commitment to self-awareness and inner work.
My interests in philosophy, mindfulness, psychology, and neuropsychology all inform how I show up as a coach.
How I Work Today
Today, I partner with CEOs and C-suite executives of technology companies, combining my decades of operational experience with deep coaching expertise. I’ve lived through the challenges my clients face—scaling teams, navigating transformation, building alignment, making high-stakes decisions under pressure.
But I don’t show up as a consultant with all the answers. I show up as a thinking partner, a sounding board, and a guide who helps leaders discover their own wisdom and courage.
Through one-on-one coaching, depth work with tools like the Enneagram, and hands-on support for executive teams, I help leaders develop the capabilities that will serve them for the rest of their careers—greater self-awareness, authentic presence, strategic clarity, and the ability to build trust and alignment across their organizations.
This work is deeply personal to me. Every leader I coach is an opportunity to create ripple effects—better leaders build better teams, better companies, and ultimately contribute to a more conscious, capable world.
