Why mindful leaders are better at managing change

Executing strategic change is critical. Communicating exactly what is coming is hard. It is rarely possible to articulate exactly what’s going to come as the change is navigating into unfamiliar territory.

Mindful managers can sail through ambiguity by keeping their attention on present events as they unfold.

Applying mindful attention may lead to noticing things that may open up new possibilities for action.
